CMO Services was founded by Ed Graczyk, an experienced marketing executive who has spent more than twenty years developing and executing marketing strategies, building and managing marketing teams, and launching new products and services around the world. For sixteen years, Ed held a variety of leadership positions at Microsoft Corporation, at both corporate headquarters in Redmond, Washington and in New York City. Some of his notable achievements include:
·Acting Chief Marketing Officer for Zecco Holdings. At Zecco, Ed manages all marketing activities for both Zecco Trading, a leading online brokerage firm for equity and options investors, and Zecco Forex, specializing in online foreign exchange trading, focusing on high-volume customer acquisition efforts by utilizing advanced online marketing techniques.
·Chief Marketing Officer for Ceton Corporation, the world leader in digital cable tuner technology for PCs. At Ceton Ed manages the company's marketing activities, including leading the launch and market entry activities for the company’s first product line, InfiniTV 4, a world's first solution that is now the #1 selling product in its category, developed and launched a new corporate identity and brand, and secured a very high-profile introduction of company’s solutions in Microsoft CEO keynote at CES.
·Built and led the global marketing and communications team for the Microsoft TV division, which develops and markets award-winning software platforms for pay-TV service providers (cable, satellite and IPTV/Internet TV). Customers and partners include AT&T, BT, Comcast, Deutsche Telekom, Verizon, Alcatel-Lucent, Cisco, Motorola and Philips, to name a few.
·Led the research, development and global launch of the Microsoft Mediaroom brand, which is used as both a business-to-business product brand as well as a business-to-consumer ingredient brand by major service providers around the world. Microsoft Mediaroom is now used by more than 4 million consumers around the world.
·Named and led launch activities for the first version of Microsoft's Instant Messaging services, which are today used by more than 200 million people globally.
·Led marketing activities for the award-wining MSN Money, one of the top financial Web sites in the world.
·Launched and managed all marketing programs for more than 45 original web-based entertainment properties for MSN, working closely with major studios and content providers to develop co-marketing and customer acquisition and retention programs.
·Managed Microsoft’s relationships with the money center banks in New York City, negotiating and closing some of the company’s largest corporate standardization agreements for Microsoft solutions at the time.
Ed is a frequent spokesperson with the media and public speaker at conferences around the world.
